Reinhold Hiller

Reinhold Hiller (born August 2, 1949 in Lübeck ) is a German politician ( SPD ) and former member of the German Bundestag .

Life

In 1966 Hiller obtained his secondary school leaving certificate and in 1970 he took his business school diploma . Until 1975 he studied business administration, history and German at the University of Hamburg , which he left as a graduate trade teacher. In 1977 he passed the second state examination for teaching at vocational schools.

politics

Hiller has been a member of the SPD since 1970 and was elected member of committees of the Lübeck citizenship from 1974 . In 1982 he became a member of the citizenship of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck, but moved into the Bundestag one year later through a direct mandate in the Lübeck constituency , to which he belonged until 2002. From 2003 to 2008 he was again a member of the citizenship of the Hanseatic City of Lübeck and its deputy mayor . He was spokesman for security and order for the SPD parliamentary group. In the local elections in May 2008, Hiller surprisingly lost his direct mandate to Bündnis 90 / Die Grünen and did not return to the Lübeck citizenship. However, Hiller belonged to the citizenship again from May 2009 when he moved up to the citizenship via the list for a resigned MP. He was again spokesman for security and order for the SPD parliamentary group.
