history

The municipality of Reitnau was re-formed on July 1, 1971 through the merger of the previously independent municipalities of Oberreitnau and Unterreitnau . It was dissolved on January 1, 1976, after less than five years. Your area was incorporated into the city of Lindau (Lake Constance).
