Relight My Fire is a song by singer Dan Hartman from 1979. The cover version of Take That with singer Lulu reached number one on the UK charts.

Original version

Relight My Fire, written by Dan Hartman, appeared in 1979 as the successor to Dan Hartman's Instant Replay and was number one on the dance charts in the United States for six weeks . The instrumental version of the song was played at the Melodifestivalen in 2004 and 2005.

The version of Take That

On October 3, 1993, Take That released another version of the song with the singer Lulu, which was number one on the British singles charts for two weeks. It was ranked 18th in Germany. The piece was the band's second No. 1 hit and the singer Lulu's first success after her The Isley Brothers cover version Shout from 1964.
