René Eespere
René Eespere (born December 14, 1953 in Tallinn ) is an Estonian composer .
From 1972 to 1977 he studied composition at the Estonian Music Academy with Anatoli Garšnek and then at the Moscow Conservatory as an assistant to Aram Chatschaturjan and Aleksei Nikolajew. Since 1979 he has been teaching composition and music theory at the Estonian Academy of Music .
