René Gabriel
René Gabriel (* 1957) is a Swiss chef , wine critic and author. In 1986 he took over a restaurant in Sempach . From 1990 to 2005 he was chief buyer of the Mövenpick wine trading group. Since then he has been self-employed as a dealer. Since 1992 he has published the monthly infoletter Weinwisser .
