Renat Kuzmin
Renat Rawelijowitsch Kusmin ( Ukrainian Ренат Равелійович Кузьмін ; born July 12, 1967 in Donetsk ) was the Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine and first class State Justice Council.
biography
Kuzmin was a student at the Ukrainian Law Academy in Kharkiv in 1985 . In 1986 he was doing military service. In 1988, Kuzmin became an employee of the corporate jersey company Donez. In 1991 he was an intern in the Donetsk national nature conservation advocacy. In 1991 Kuzmin became an intern in the Donetsk Prosecutor's Office in Lenin Raion. In 1992 he became assistant to the prosecutor of the Leninsky district of the city of Donetsk and in the same year became his representative as a doctor of law. In 1994 he was the representative of the Prosecutor of the Voroshilovsky District in Donetsk. In 1995 Kuzmin became a public prosecutor in the Donetsk supraregional nature conservation attorney and in 1998 a public prosecutor for the Kirovsky district in the city of Donetsk. In 1999 he was the Director of the Public Prosecutor's Office in the Donetsk Region. In 1999, Kuzmin got a job as a public prosecutor for the city of Makiyivka in Donetsk Oblast . In 2003 he became the representative of the Donetsk Oblast Public Prosecutor and Director of the Donetsk Oblast Public Prosecutor's Office. In 2003, Kuzmin was the public prosecutor of the city of Kiev and from 2005 he was senior assistant to the public prosecutor of the Kiev region . In the same year he became the representative of the prosecutor of Kiev Oblast. From 2006 to 2010 Kuzmin was Deputy Attorney General of Ukraine. In 2010, Kuzmin became the first Deputy Prosecutor General of Ukraine.
Kuzmin is a member of the College of the General Prosecutor's Office of Ukraine, the Supreme Council of Justice of Ukraine, the National Anti-Corruption Committee, the Working Group on Reforming the Prosecutor's Office and Legal Services, and the Working Group on Reforming the Criminal Procedure.
On March 17, 2014, Kuzmin registered as a candidate for the 2014 presidential election in Ukraine .

Under the direction of Renat Kuzmin, the preliminary judicial investigation in the criminal proceedings into the criminal activity of SF Tkatsch, who in the course of 1984-2005 carried out several willful killings and attempted murders connected with the rape of women, minors and little girls, and for the , according to the results of the investigation, 8 people were unjustly convicted. For each established fact of wrongful convictions of the persons in this process, the investigation of newly discovered circumstances is carried out and in the years 2008-2010 the wrongful convictions were overturned by the courts.
Four criminal files were investigated on the indictment of members of the militia who, using prohibited methods of investigation, exertion of pressure and physical violence, forced the unjustly convicted of being involved in these serious crimes to be accused and submitted to the court.
