Racing stable

Rennstall stands for organizational units that take part in races together in sport.

The term originally comes from horse racing . There a racing stable consists of owners, trainers , jockey , grooms , horses and stables near a horse racing track .

It is also used in motorsport today, where it includes owner, race director , race engineer , race mechanic , driver and vehicle.

In road cycling , the term is sometimes used synonymously for cycling teams and stands in particular for team operators, managers, sporting directors , drivers , soigneurs and mechanics .
