Peter "Reto" Gansser is a former German skeleton athlete .

Reto Gansser was one of the stars of the Cresta races in the 1970s . On the combined artificial ice rink at Königssee , he won the title at the German championships in 1972, ahead of Heinrich Platzer and Rudi Häusler . He was also second behind Platzer at the Bavarian Championships.
