The Wischlingen Revierpark is a green and recreational area in the Dortmund district of Huckarde . It is located right next to the Hallerey nature reserve and extends over an area of ​​39 hectares.

In addition to the park landscape with mighty trees, wide meadows and a natural lake, there is a wide range of sports facilities. A brine bath with a large sauna area , a forest ropes course , an ice rink, playgrounds, sports and tennis courts as well as a mini golf course enable a variety of leisure activities. Near the station is Dortmund-Wischlingen the train Rhein-Ruhr (S2).

The Revierparks were created in the 1970s to offer the working population in the Ruhr area relaxation on their doorstep.

The Revierpark is also often used for larger and smaller events. Since 1995 z. B. the DKP every two years together with the newspaper Our Time the UZ press festival . The last festival took place in September 2018.

The Wischlingen House, acquired by the city in 1972 and integrated into the amusement park, goes back to a former knight's seat. The half-timbered chapel of Wischlingen from 1783, which is right next to it, can be used for weddings.

The leisure facilities in the Revierpark are managed by Revierpark Wischlingen GmbH. The city of Dortmund and the Ruhr Regional Association are equally involved in this.

As in other cities in the region, the PollerWiesen -Festival has been taking place there since 2012 .
