Revolutionary

Revoluzzer is a derogatory modification of the term " revolutionary " (used for people).

The term does not necessarily have as negative a connotation as the closely related “ Radikalinski ”; as a derision for a “would-be” revolutionary, it appears in the poem “ The Revolutionary ” by Erich Mühsam from 1907. In this poem satirized difficulty the role of German Social Democracy during the empire .

Another variation of this word is the “salon revolver”. As such, someone is mockingly jokingly referred to who admittedly verbally adheres to certain ideas, ideologies or the like (often to correspond to a certain zeitgeist), but has nothing to do with their implementation would like to have.
