The Revsnesøya ( Norwegian for Fox Nose Island ) is a forked island off the Prince Harald Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Land . In the eastern part of the Lützow-Holm-Bucht it lies directly in front of the Hamnenabben .
Norwegian cartographers, who named them after their shape, mapped them using aerial photographs of the Lars Christensen expedition in 1936/37 .
