Revue is the third studio album by the rap duo Herr von Grau . It was released on May 28, 2010 on Grautöne Records , the band's own label.

Emergence

The recordings for Revue began in early 2010 in the L26 studio in Berlin . The album was mixed by Kraatz. The recordings were completed in spring 2010. Then the duo began their doctorate. It served as a platform the Internet and to send unsigned by Radio Fritz . The album itself was released on May 28, 2010.

Reviews

The reviews of Revue were mostly positive, but the album was hardly discussed by major magazines.

Rap-Basis.de particularly praises the two facets of the album, which, in the opinion of the critic, consist of easy entertainment and profound lyrics.

Hiphopholic.de also praises the album and says that Herr von Grau confirm with Revue that they are an exception. The rhymes are captivating and rich and the album offers good, down-to-earth German rap. Overall, the critic awards 4.5 out of 5 stars.

Rap.de describes Revue as an enigmatic rap album that deserves to jump into the charts.

The album received the highest rating of 5 points on Kulturwoche.at. Critic Katja Kramp describes the album as a refreshing masterpiece of German hip-hop. Above all, she praises the interplay between the music and the profound lyrics.
