Reynald Temarii

Reynald Temarii (born June 2, 1967 in Tahiti ) is a sports politician and an internationally known football official.

Life

Temarii was elected a member of the FIFA Executive Committee in 2002 and became FIFA Vice-President in 2007. In November 2010, the FIFA Ethics Committee banned him from all football activities and offices for a year and fined him 5,000 francs for a passive attempt at bribery in connection with the award of the 2018 and 2022 World Cups .

From 2004 until his suspension by FIFA in November 2010, he was President of the Oceania Football Confederation , one of FIFA's six continental confederations .
