Reynold Gray, 2nd Baron Gray of Ruthin (* 1318 or 1319; † July 28 or August 4, 1388 ) was an English nobleman and military man.

Reynold Gray was the second son of Roger Gray, 1st Baron Gray of Ruthin and his wife Elizabeth Hastings. After the childless death of his older brother John before 1350, he became his father's heir. After his death in 1353 he inherited his extensive estates and the title of Baron Gray of Ruthin , making him a member of the English Parliament . He was able to expand his estates in Bedfordshire through acquisitions, in addition he acquired a new town house in London. During the Hundred Years War he took part in campaigns to France in 1355, 1359 and 1369.

Gray had married Eleanor (also Alianore ) Lestrange († 1396), a daughter of John Lestrange, 2nd Baron Strange of Blackmere and his wife Ankaret Boteler before November 29, 1360 . He had six children with her, including:

His heir became his eldest son, Reynold. His younger son Roger studied at Cambridge and became a clergyman, while his father was still able to provide him with benefices for which he had the right of appointment.
