The Rheinland Klinikum Neuss GmbH was founded on August 28, 2019 by a merger of the Städtische Kliniken Neuss - Lukaskrankenhaus - GmbH and the Rhein-Kreis Neuss Kliniken GmbH. The city of Neuss and the Rhein-Kreis Neuss are equal partners. The company is managed by a 25-member supervisory board chaired by Wilfried Jacobs and managing director Martin Blasig. The company comprises 4 clinics, 3 nursing homes for the elderly, 2 medical supply centers, 1 center for occupational medicine, various service companies and 11 day-care centers in the Rhine district of Neuss . ^
