The Rheinland Klinikum Neuss GmbH was founded on August 28, 2019 by a merger of the Städtische Kliniken Neuss - Lukaskrankenhaus - GmbH and the Rhein-Kreis Neuss Kliniken GmbH. The city of Neuss and the Rhein-Kreis Neuss are equal partners. The company is managed by a 25-member supervisory board chaired by Wilfried Jacobs and managing director Martin Blasig.
