Richard Althaus (judge)

Richard Althaus (born March 9, 1852 in Medebach , † after 1919) was a German judge .

Life

He was sworn in in 1874. In 1883 he was magistrate and in 1889 district judge. He was appointed to the District Court Judge in 1893. In 1896 he came to the Chamber Court as an advice. The 1st Criminal Senate was his first position in the Imperial Court in 1906 . The next year he joined the 5th Civil Senate . He retired on the New Year of 1919.
