Richard Graham Corbett (* 6. January 1955 in Southport ) is a British politician of the Labor Party and non-fiction author.

Life

In his childhood he attended the International School in Geneva. Corbett studied philosophy, political science and economics at Trinity College , Oxford and the University of Hull . Corbett was a member of the European Parliament from 1999 to 2009. Corbett was again a member of the European Parliament from 2014 to January 31, 2020 . There he was leader of the British Labor Party in the European Parliament and a member of the Fisheries Committee, the Committee on Constitutional Affairs and the Delegation for relations with the United States.
