John Savidan
John Savidan ( John William "Billy" Savidan; * 1902 in Auckland ; † November 8, 1991 ) was a New Zealand long-distance runner .
At the British Empire Games in Hamilton in 1930 , he won over six miles.
In 1932 he was fourth over 5000 m and 10,000 m at the Olympic Games in Los Angeles .
He was seven times New Zealand champion over three miles (1927–1929, 1932–1934, 1937) and six times in cross country (1927–1929, 1931, 1933, 1935).
