Richard O'Connor (born August 30, 1978 in London ) is an Anguillian football player.

Career

Richard O'Connor was born in London but is of Anguillian descent. In his youth he played from 1997 to 2000 for the local club FC Wimbledon .

In 2000 he moved to Leatherhead FC , where he left the club just a year later. Between 2005 and 2006 he played there again. He then played alternately at Hampton & Richmond Borough and Maidenhead United . In 2005 he played for a short time with AFC Hornchurch .

National team

O'Connor played six times for Anguilla between 2000 and 2006 and scored five goals. This makes him the record scorer in his country.
