Richard Sandrak

Richard Sandrak (born April 15, 1992 in Ukraine ; also Little Hercules ) is an American bodybuilder , martial artist and actor . He became known for his appearance in the documentary The Strongest Boy in the World , which ran on various television channels around the world. From an early age he was passionate about bodybuilding on an adult level. He was strongly encouraged by his two parents (his father is a bodybuilder himself, his mother trains aerobics at competition level). In 2009 his life was filmed in 3D under the name Little Hercules .

biography

Sandrak came to Pennsylvania ( USA ) with his father Pavel and mother Lena when he was two years old . Already in early childhood, his parents did light strength exercises with him, which soon degenerated into real bodybuilding. At the age of six he could lift up to 81 kg ; at the age of eight even 95 kg. Over the next few years, Sandrak traveled around the country, competed, promoted nutritional products and had photo shoots for various magazines. He has also appeared on several television and radio shows. His father was soon sentenced to prison for abusing his mother. As a result, Sandrak lost his trainer, after which he lost a significant part of his muscles and his body fat percentage increased significantly. Sandrak is still training, but he slowed it down a lot. He is aiming for a career as an actor.

Sandrak's childhood was very much determined by training. This effectively isolated him from the rest of the world; He hardly had any friends. He was put on a strict diet by his father ; He was strictly forbidden from junk food or sweets. However, Sandrak says he was never forced to seek such training. Since his parents trained so much, he just wanted to participate.
