Richomer (Latin Flavius Richomeres ) was a late antique Roman officer of Frankish descent. He acted as magister militum from 383 and 388 to 393 and held the consulate in 384 . He died in 393.

He served as comes under Emperor Gratian and was sent by him to the east in 377 to support the eastern emperor Valens in the fight against the Goths . He survived the Battle of Adrianople in 378, in which a large part of the eastern court army perished.

In 383 he was a master of the army ( magister militum ) in Antioch on the Orontes and enjoyed the friendship of the famous Libanios . The following year he was one of the two incumbent consuls in Constantinople . In 388 he was reappointed army master and sent against Magnus Maximus , who had risen in Gaul. In 391 he returned to the east. In 393 he was supposed to campaign against Eugenius , but he died before that.

He was an uncle of Arbogast and also not a Christian, but apparently served loyally to the respective Christian emperors.
