Riikka Manner
Riikka Manner (born August 24, 1981 in Varkaus as Riikka Pakarinen ) is a Finnish politician ( center ).
Manner holds a master's degree in social and economic science. She worked as a press assistant to the Minister for Foreign Trade and Development Policy, later in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs. She then worked for a member of the Finnish Parliament and was a member of the Varkaus City Council.
Manner has been a member of the European Parliament since 2009 . In 2012 she was elected one of the centre's three deputy chairs.
