World Wrestling Championships 2015

The World Wrestling Championships 2015 took place from September 7th to 13th, 2015 in Las Vegas .

On February 20, 2013, the US Wrestling Association announced Las Vegas as the host of the world championships. Las Vegas prevailed against competitors Tehran , New Delhi , Panama City and Sochi . The World Cup was the first qualifying tournament for the 2016 Olympic Games in Rio de Janeiro .
