Almat Kebispayev
Almat Kebispajew ( Kazakh Алмат Кебіспаев ; born December 12, 1987 in Urschar , Semipalatinsk Oblast , Kazakh SSR , USSR ) is a former Kyrgyz , now Kazakh wrestler . In 2011 he was runner- up in the Greco-Roman style featherweight champion .
Career
Almat Kebispajew started wrestling as a teenager in 1999. He concentrated on the Greco-Roman style. He is a member of the sports club Batr Astana and was or is trained by Boranbek Konyratow and Rysbek Nurgazim. Wrestling is z. Currently his job, but he is also enrolled as a student at a university. In 2004 Almat Kebispajew became the Asian junior champion of the age group "Cadets" (up to the age of 16) in Bishkek in the weight class up to 54 kg body weight. In 2006 and 2007 he started at the Junior World Championships in Guatemala City and Beijing, respectively . In Guatemala City he competed in the bantamweight division, but retired after a defeat against Krisztian Jager from Hungary after the first round and only came in 17th place. In Beijing he started in featherweight, defeated there Rewas Laschchi from Georgia and Vahrmam Chatchatrjan from Armenia , but lost his next two fights and reached 7th place.
In 2008 he was in Thessaloniki in the featherweight university world champion before Kazuma Kuramoto from Japan and in 2009 he was in Pattaya Asian runner-up in the featherweight championship. In 2010, he was in Moscow for the first time at a World Cup used and came featherweight after victories over Patrick Stadelmann, Switzerland , Ravinder Singh, India and Dilshod Aripow , Uzbekistan , losing to Hasan Aliyev , Azerbaijan and another victory over Ivo Angelov from Bulgaria in 3rd place, winning its first world championship medal.
In 2011 Almat Kebispajew was Asian featherweight champion in Tashkent . In the decisive battles he defeated Dilschod Aripow and Dhariya Anil Kumar from India . A few months later he celebrated the greatest success of his career so far at the World Cup in Istanbul , because he was defeated by Iwo Angelow, Ruslan Tümönbajew , Kyrgyzstan, Carl Anders Ekström, Denmark and Luis Ignacio Liendo, Venezuela and a defeat in the final Omid Haji Noroozi , Iran , Vice World Champion. With this placement, he also won the right to start at the 2012 Olympic Games in London .
