Riksidrottsmuseet
The Riksidrottsmuseet ( German National Sports Museum ) is a sports museum in Stockholm .

It is located in the Östermalm district of the Swedish capital Stockholm at the address Djurgårdsbrunnsvägen 26. In the immediate vicinity are the Ethnographic Museum , the Technical Museum , the Maritime History Museum and the Police Museum in the same building .
Establishment and history
The museum was founded in 1992 and was initially housed in premises at the Globen until 1997 . It is mainly concerned with the history of Swedish sports on two floors . In addition, there are opportunities for visitors to test their own reaction, skill and performance. The exhibitions are explained in Swedish and some in English .
