Rindy Anne Loucks (born February 2, 1970 in Victoria , British Columbia ) is a Canadian skeleton pilot starting for Jamaica .

Rindy Anne Loucks grew up in Courtenay , started skeleton in 2003 and is trained by Cristiano Paes. Before that, she tried her hand at basketball, athletics and triathlon. Between 1999 and 2004 she studied at Simon Fraser University and became a teacher. For the sport of skeleton, she gave up her work as an officer in the volunteer fire department in 2005 after eight years. Her first important competition played Loucks in 2005 as part of the Canadian Championships in 2004, where she was 16th. At the following Canadian championships she was 12th, seventh and eleventh. It was not until April 2008 that she contested her first race in the Skeleton America's Cup and was twice 20th in Lake Placid . In Calgary in November of that year she achieved her first top ten results with tenth place. For the 2008/09 season she moved up to the Skeleton Intercontinental Cup . The Canado-Jamaican finished her first three races in Lake Placid and Calgary as the 20th highlight of the season was participation in the Skeleton World Championship 2009 in Lake Placid, where Loucks came in 26th.
