RinglDing is a simple party and children's game by the Israeli game designer Haim Shafir , which was released in 2011. It is a game for two to six players in which the other players have to place colored hair ties as quickly as possible on their own fingers in a given order. Like other games by the game author, including Halli Galli and Speed Cups , the game is all about speed and the fastest players have to press a table bell as a signal, as in the other games.

Style of play

In leash thing is about more colored as quickly as possible hair bands to place according to a predetermined map by a combination of their own fingers. In addition to the instructions, the game material consists of 72 hair ties, a set of 32 task cards and a table bell.

Game flow

At the beginning of the game, the table bell and the hair ties are placed in the middle of the table, the task cards are shuffled and placed next to the bell as a face-down pile.

One player reveals the top card and as soon as it is turned over, all players try to recreate the arrangement of the hair ties on the task card with the hair ties on their own fingers as quickly as possible. As soon as a player is done, he activates the table bell with the hand with the hair ties, and if he has arranged the hair ties correctly, he receives the card. If the player who raised the bell has made a mistake, he must return a card he has already received or - if he does not have a card yet - suspend a round. Then the hair ties are placed back in the middle of the table and the winner of the last round reveals the next card.

The game ends as soon as a player has won five cards. That player won the game.

Variation for advanced users

A variant for advanced players is described in the instructions for the game: The revealed task cards are only shown for five seconds and then turned back again. The rest of the game corresponds to the standard variant.
