Risalpur is a Pakistani town in the Khyber Pakhtunkhwa Province in the Nowshera District . The Pakistan Air Force Academy , where the majority of the cadets of the Pakistani Air Force are trained, is located in Risalpur.
On the evening of August 25, 2011, at least eight people were killed in a bomb attack on the town's bazaar.
