The Ristelen (Norwegian for ploughshare ) is a rocky mountain ridge in Queen Maud Land, East Antarctica . In the Mühlig-Hofmann Mountains it rises 8 km southeast of the summit of the Breplogen between the Vestre and Austre Skorvebreen .
Norwegian cartographers, who also named it descriptively, mapped it on the basis of measurements and aerial photographs of the Third Norwegian Antarctic Expedition (1956–1960).
