Rob van Essen
Rob van Essen (born June 25, 1963 in Amstelveen , Netherlands ) is a Dutch writer , translator and literary critic .
Life
In 2009 his novel Visser was nominated for the prestigious Libris Literature Prize, which he won in 2019 for his novel De goede zoon . This was published in 2020 as the first German translation of one of his books under the title The Good Son in homunculus Verlag .
