Robby Lind (born February 11, 1934 in Berlin ; † March 4, 2007 there ; real name Heinz-Joachim Nartschick ) was a German pop singer .

Robby Lind, born as Heinz-Joachim Nartschick, was a trained forest worker and restaurateur . He had his first successes as a singer in the early 1960s in the talent and folk art movement. In 1965 his first AMIGA record was released with the titles Gitta-Gittarina (Hugo / Schneider) and What is not, can still be (Kähne / Osten). He was mainly written songs in the sonorous genre.

He was often at the top of the radio charts for months and also appeared in TV programs. This was followed by the radio recording Linda, don't cry (Petersen / Schneider). His most important title was 1966 Because you have your birthday today (Petersen / Petersen), which became a kind of Happy Birthday in the GDR and has been one of the most requested and bought songs up to the present day.

Since 1973 he has been a full-time singer. He toured the country with the singing twins Adina and Norina. He was married to Adina Buder. He is buried in Berlin-Friedrichshagen under the name Heinz-Joachim Buder.
