Robert Carricart

Robert Carricart (born January 18, 1917 in Bordeaux , † March 3, 1993 in Los Angeles ) was a French - American actor .

Life

Carrocart, the son of a Spanish mother and a French father, began his professional career in the United States on Broadway. His debut in Antonius and Cleopatra was recognized as the performance of an excellent talent. He was part of the original cast of The Tattooed Rose . As a result, television offers increased, whereupon he stopped his stage activities in the mid-1950s and concentrated on the new medium and, from 1957, on movies, where he was used in numerous supporting roles. He was seen in the pilot episode of A Thousand Miles of Dust , but was not included in the series in which the role of "Wishbone" was then played by Paul Brinegar .
