Robert Dühring

Robert Dühring (born April 24,  1979 ) is a former German basketball player . The 2.02 meter long wing and inside player played 47 Bundesliga games for Nuremberg.

career

In 2000 Dühring moved from the gymnastics and sports club Geretsried  to Falke Nuremberg in the 2nd basketball league . In 2005 he was with the Franconian champions of the 2nd League South and rose to the basketball Bundesliga. In terms of his personal statistical values, Dühring's 2006/07 season was the most successful in the German “basketball upper house” when he scored an average of 4.2 points and 2.6 rebounds in 33 missions. However, the season ended with Nuremberg's relegation to the 2nd Bundesliga ProA . After another second division year with the Franks, Dühring ended his competitive sports career in the spring of 2008. In addition to basketball, he also studied biology.
