Robert Dilts
Robert Brian Dilts (born March 21, 1955 ) is an author, trainer and consultant in the field of neuro-linguistic programming (NLP).
Robert Dilts was part of the working group around John Grinder and Richard Bandler , the founders of NLP, and played a key role in its further development. In addition to the two founders of NLP, he also learned from the American psychologist and psychotherapist Milton H. Erickson and the anthropologist Gregory Bateson , who shaped his further work. His work contains fundamental approaches and ways of thinking about strategies and beliefs (beliefs). Furthermore, he combined systemic therapy with NLP and thus developed systemic NLP.
Since 1975 he has been working as a trainer for this programming. He developed the following models with:
- Meta-mirror - format for resolving interpersonal communication disorders
- SCORE - (Symptom, Cause, Outcome, Resource, Effect)
- Logical levels - The NLP model describes the "levels of change"
- Re-Imprinting - Format for the dissolution of beliefs
In 2015 he received the Life Achievement Award of the continuing education industry for his life's work.
