Robert I. Sutton

Robert I. Sutton (* 1954 in Chicago ) is a professor at the Stanford Graduate School of Business , an institution of Stanford University and one of the leading business schools in the USA. There he works in the fields of Management Science , Engineering and Organizational Behavior . In addition, he works as a consultant for many companies around the world.

Sutton received his Ph.D. in Organizational Psychology from the University of Michigan and then worked at Stanford University since 1983. He also taught at Haas Business School and was a multiple fellow at the Center for Advanced Study in the Behavioral Sciences from 1986–87, 1994–95, and 2002 –03.
