Robert L. Duncan
Robert Lloyd Duncan (born August 5, 1953 in Vernon , Texas ) is an American politician ( Republican Party ) and has been represented in the Texas Senate since 1997 .
Life
Duncan graduated from Texas Tech University .
Politically, he is active for the Republican Party . From 1993 to 1996 he held a seat in the Texas House of Representatives as a representative of the 84th District . Since 1997 he has served as a representative of the 28th district in the Texas Senate .
He and his wife, Lynne, have a son, Matthew, and a daughter, Lindsey.
