Robert Manson (director)

Robert Manson (* 1985 ) is an Irish film director , screenwriter and film producer . He lives in Ireland and Berlin .

Life

Robert Manson graduated from the National Film School in Dublin . In 2008 he helped found the Annville Films production company. In 2015 he founded the production company Ballyrogan Films based in Wicklow , Ireland. After a series of short films, he produced and shot his first feature film Lost in the Living in Ireland and Berlin. The film with Narayan Van Maele as Director of Photography, with whom Manson had already worked several times, had its premiere in April 2015 at the “Achtung Berlin Film Festival”, where Manson was named Best Director .
