Ongulgalten (mutatis mutandis translated from Norwegian fish hooks boar ) is an island off the Prince Harald Coast of the East Antarctic Queen Maud Lands . At the southern end of the Flatvær group , it is the northernmost of three lined up islands 1.5 km southeast of the Teøyane .
Norwegian cartographers mapped them in 1946 using aerial photographs of the Lars Christensen Expedition in 1936/37 . They named it after the name of the neighboring Ongul Island .
