The musician Robert Omulo was born in 1977 in eastern Kenya . He had to grow up without his father as this direction shortly before his birth West had wandered. This was an experience that, according to his own statement, should have a fundamental influence on his future work. He began taking violin lessons at the age of six and was extremely talented in this regard. He harvested playing the violin and was able to play full symphonies at the age of 12 and performed with several local choirs . Shortly afterwards, however, in 1991, he and his mother had to flee Kenya to escape his irascible uncle, who was the head of the clan and Robert Omulo's artistic ambitions were extremely hostile.

Career

Robert Omulo and his mother arrived in Delhi on September 17, 1991, where he perfected his violin playing and slowly turned to his great love of rap and hip-hop music. He adored Nas and tried to stay true to this old-school image. It was during this time that his first self-composed and produced recordings were made, which should help him to become so well known in the not too long time. At the age of 19 he began to study geology at the University of Delhi , because stones had always fascinated him. His mother became seriously ill during his studies and died in April 1994 of complications from severe pneumonia . Severely shaken by the unexpected event, he broke off his studies and became a vegan as a "sign of his respect for mortality". More or less at the same time, Omulo's test recordings fell into the hands of the famous Indian producer KC Bokadia and his fate was sealed. From now on, Omulo wrote and sang the rap pieces of most Indian film productions . Robert Omulo made his film debut in 2005 in Arjun Sablok's love drama Neal 'N' Nikki and is currently working on a sequel to the surprise hit. Robert Omulo is now considered one of the most talented artists in Indian show business.
