Robert Petzold

Robert Petzold (born January 21, 1989 in Dresden ) is a German cyclist who specializes in cycling marathons .

Career

He won the Race across the Alps three times in a row in 2015, 2016 and again in 2017 , with the fastest time ever driven here in 2017.

On July 30, 2016, Robert Petzold set a new world record in altitude difference of 22,622 meters in 24 hours in Holzhau in the Ore Mountains . After more than 22 hours, he surpassed Christoph Fuhrbach's previous record .
