Roberto Brunelli (born March 30, 1938 in Piubega ) is a priest and Italian writer.

biography

Priest, art critic and director of the Museo diocesano di arte sacra Francesco Gonzaga in Mantua and author of texts on religious topics, art history and literature.

From 1971 to 1975 he was director of La Cittadella, the Catholic weekly magazine in Mantua. In the 1980s he worked with Mondadori as the editor and translator of several titles of the popular children's encyclopedia I grandi libri and as the author of the Grande libro della Bibbia (1983). His most recent works include the historical stories of Giallo a corte (2012), which is devoted to some unsolved crimes of the Gonzaga era, and the story of Papa a sorpresa (2013), in which the author wrote before the news of Benedict XVI's resignation . was released, speculated what might happen to the resignation of a Pope .
