The Robin Rocks are a group of cliff rocks in the archipelago of the South Orkney Islands, partially washed over by the sea . They are located northeast of Signy Island .
The Falkland Islands Dependencies Survey (FIDS) carried out surveys between 1947 and 1950. Aerial photographs were taken in 1968 by the Royal Navy . The UK Antarctic Place-Names Committee named it in 2004 based on the naming of the neighboring Robin Peak on Signy Island. Its namesake is Gordon de Quetteville Robin (1921-2004) from FIDS, in 1947 head of the research station on Signy Island, from which the first detailed survey of the island was made.
