The Robinson Bluff is a weighty rock cliff in the Antarctic Ross Dependency . In the Queen Maud Mountains it rises above the western flank of the Amundsen Glacier north of the Whitney Glacier .
It was discovered in December 1929 by the geological team led by Laurence McKinley Goulds (1896–1995) on the American Byrd Antarctic Expedition (1928–1930). The Advisory Committee on Antarctic Names named the cliff in 1967 after Richard R. Robinson, an engineer at McMurdo Station in the Antarctic winter of 1966.
