Rocky Bill is a Franco-Belgian comic .

The realistically drawn western with the character Rocky Bill as the title hero appeared for the first time in 1953 in the Belgian and French editions of Tintin and in the Dutch version Kuifje . Yves Duval wrote completed short stories, most of which René Follet gave his stage name Ref.

The series was one of the few western contributions between the previously created Teddy Bill and the later published Jack Diamond .
