Rodja Galli , artist name ro * (born February 28, 1979 in Bern ) is a Swiss illustrator , visual designer and artist.

Live and act

Rodja Galli grew up as the son of former National Councilor Remo Galli and journalist Dona Galli in Spiegel near Bern . After high school in Bern, he studied at the Lucerne School of Design, which he completed in 2005 with a Bachelor of Arts in illustration. In 2006 he set up his own business under the pseudonym "ro *". Since then, Rodja Galli's creative spectrum has continuously expanded, which today ranges from graphic / layout assignments and illustrations for various magazines, through conceptions and interior design to private art assignments and free projects. He is considered an excellent draftsman and analogue technician, can playfully move back and forth between design languages ​​and materials or combine them without appearing trendy. In recent years, the Bernese has increasingly made a name for himself in the exhibition area and as an artist. Rodja Galli is part of the design studio "a259", which he runs together with Basil ' Baze ' Anliker and Nikolaj Vejlstrup in the Bernese PROGR . He lives in Lucerne with his wife and sons .
