Rodrigo Fernández , full name Rodrigo Fernández Cedrés , (born January 3, 1996 in Montevideo ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.72 meter tall midfielder Fernández has played for the youth teams of Danubio FC since 2009 . On September 3, 2016, he made his debut with the professionals in the Primera División when he was called into the starting line-up by coach Leonardo Ramos on matchday 2 of the 2016 season in the 1: 2 away defeat against the Rampla Juniors . During the 2016 season he was used nine times (no goal) in the league.
