Rodrigo Sanguinetti , full name Rodrigo Marcel Sanguinetti Fernández , (born August 1, 1988 in Rocha ) is a Uruguayan football player .

Career

The 1.90 meter tall defensive player Sanguinetti played for Rocha FC from 2006 to 2007 and again in 2009 . In between he was active for the Club Atlético Progreso from 2007 to 2008 . In the 2006/07 and 2007/08 seasons he was used twelve times in the league at Rocha and Progreso. In the 2010 Clausura he was in the first division squad of Central Español and played a league game (no goal) in the Primera División in this half series . In the 2010/11 season he scored from his first use on October 17, 2010 to his last game on May 22, 2011, a hit in seven first division appearances for El Tanque Sisley . In mid-August 2011 he returned to the now second-rate Central Español. At the end of the 2011/12 season he and his team were promoted to the top Uruguayan league. He contributed to this with a goal in 24 league appearances. In 2012, however, he is said to have been under contract with Club Atlético Atenas . In the following season 2012/13 he was used in 27 first division matches and scored two goals. At the end of July 2013 he moved to Levadiakos in Greece . After eight first division appearances (one goal) and one cup game (no goal), his career path led back to Uruguay at the end of January 2014. There he played from then on for the first division club Liverpool Montevideo . In the 2014 Clausura he was used nine times (no goal) in the Primera División with the Montevideans. In January 2015 he joined the Ecuadorian Macará Club . Rocha FC has been his employer again since the end of September 2015. During the 2015/16 season he was there 15 times (two goals) in the Segunda División .
