The Rohrer Höhe is a residential area in the high southwest of the Baden-Württemberg state capital Stuttgart and part of the Stuttgart-Vaihingen administrative district . It is the highest settlement in Stuttgart.

The Rohrer Höhe is part of the natural area (main unit 106) of the Swabian Keuper-Lias-Land in the south-west of Germany . It has been developed as a residential area since the early 1980s .

Thing place

The view from Thingplatz over the lower Stuttgart-Vaihingen with a view of the Stuttgart TV tower is a magnet for tourists. If visibility is good, you can see the Swabian Alb from another point .

The hut oak stands on the Rohrer Höhe in the Vaihinger Forest.
