The Rokometni Klub Krim ( German  handball club Krim ) is a women's handball club from the Slovenian capital Ljubljana . In Slovene the abbreviation RK Krim is used, in German the association is always called Krim Laibach . The team has played their games in the Arena Stožice with 12,480 seats since 2010 .

history

RK Krim was founded in 1984 and played for the first time in 1990 in the highest Slovenian league, where they finished 5th. In 1993 the handball club won the cup for the first time, in 1995 the Slovenian championship for the first time and thus qualified for the Champions League. After taking part in the finals in 1999, Krim Laibach was able to triumph in the European premier class for the first time in 2001 and repeat the victory in 2003.
