Roland Bischof (born June 21, 1965 in West Berlin ) is a German entrepreneur, marketing expert and book author.

Life

Roland Bischof's specialty is event sponsoring . Bischof gained his first experience during his professional training when he took over the management of the band "GC Slabs". In 1986 he decided to start his own business for projects with sponsorship. Bischof founded the agency presented by GmbH and managed more than 500 national and international projects.

Between 1986 and 1992, Bischof mainly focused on sponsorship, rights trading and marketing for music and sports projects. From the mid-nineties he started advising celebrities in marketing and sponsorship. His first client was the professional soccer player Thomas Helmer . As a result, other active or former sports greats were added. With the 2006 soccer World Cup in Germany, his agency focused more on soccer. Since 2005 he has also been active as a consultant in Doha , Qatar .

Roland Bischof gives seminars and workshops nationwide and is a speaker at congresses and in professional associations. He wrote the textbooks How professionals win sponsors and event marketing , which achieved several editions.

Roland Bischof is married.
